I can't believe Jaylen is 2 already it's crazy how fast time flies. This year we didn't do a party because I have always had a thing about throwing parties on big birthdays, like 1,5,10,13,16,18 and 21 If he even lets me put them together after 10. That's just how I've always wanted it for me kids. I will always do something like this below and get a cake and decorate and go somewhere fun like this year, we went to Dave and Busters. Jaylen loved that place especially the car racing games and the dancing one. The day pooped him of course and we spent the next day after he got home from daycare and I from work playing with everything he got for his Birthday.

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

This year my sister came up in the middle of the night and surprised us for a little Easter stay weekend. She's always doing crazy stuff like that since we all moved to Florida and her down to Miami. It was a great little weekend, we went to church on Easter morning and then of course off to lunch and came home for an Easter egg hunt.  My sister and I had Easter egg hunts until we were about 16 sounds silly know but we wanted it. It was a great time growing up with traditions that we can pass along, although I doubt Jaylen will want them for that long but as long as he does I'll cherish it no matter what.

Uh Oh Planes

Jaylen loves this little plane, my mom got it for him a while back when she went to Washington D.C on business. It's electric and the wheels spin so it moves easily on tile floor. But to Jaylen's curiosity lead him to try it out on top of his head and to his surprise that didn't work out to well and it got stuck in his curly locks. I probably shouldn't have been taking pictures of such a moment but I couldn't resist capturing this moment so I could be sure to show him when he was much older.
